Tell me about a time you had multiple assignments with conflicting goals or deadlines, and how you completed each of them:
The final week during my second year in college was very tough. I had a group project and other several pending assignments to complete within a week. Usually, I rely on constant communication as my vital technique to deal with conflicting deadlines. Therefore, I would update my professors on my progress, and whenever I was confident to complete the tasks, I will let them know that I was following through. Oftentimes, communication has opened doors for me to compromise whenever I was sure not to complete the task within the deadline. Therefore, by regularly updating my professor and teammates, we reached dates that were convenient for everyone’s schedule. As such, I managed to complete all the assignments and projects a day before they were due, and was awarded a good grade for my hard work.
Tell me about a time you took the lead on a difficult project:
I recently led a team of recruiters and scientists in a reserved hunt for top-notch talent recruitment project. The project was very challenging for me because my client was only interested in candidates with boutique experience among other sets of specific requirements. I tasked my crew to be remitting a project highlight to me at the day’s end, every day as long as the project lasted. I would then critically review our progress and jerk a necessary course of action. Eventually, we managed to get candidates who satisfied my client’s requirements and successfully filled up those positions. Our client was grateful for the competence and close eye that my team kept to meet her hiring needs.
Talk about a time when you had to work closely with someone whose personality was very different from yours:
Immediately after finishing my first year in college, I found a job as a librarian that would last for one month. Most of my workmates were fond of books and kept to themselves. However, in the course of the first week, a new employee was recruited. He was very talkative and social. Just like my other colleagues, I also keep to myself, but this new employee was always asking me questions to keep us in constant interaction.
