Enculturation is the process by which individuals learn the values of their surrounding culture that are regarded to be necessary and appropriate behaviors.
Culturally competent is having enough knowledge and skills about a particular culture that will enable an individual to conduct themselves in a manner that responds to the beliefs of the culture.
Cultural relativism is the view that all customs, beliefs and ethics of a particular culture are relative to the individuals within their own social contexts.
Ethnocentrism is the evaluation of cultures based on their values and standards.
Micro-Aggressive Behavior is the everyday verbal, nonverbal insults that hostile or negative messages to certain people based on their ethnic groups.
Socialism is the way of structuring the society in a manner that it is controlled by the government rather than the individuals.

This is an interactive investigation into how the Americans who are identified as “white” experience their ethnicity. It is carried through a multiplatform where white people from all walks of life are interviewed on their relationship with their own identity.
In the United States the protected group is a group of people that is qualified for a special protection by law. The protected group includes the employees in employment and the minority groups such as the bisexuals, transgender, lesbians and gays (Stotzer). The US government protects the employees from discrimination based on their age, color, race, nationality or religion.
