The Understanding of the Concept of the Soul
Faith and belief in God is one of the most important aspects that a Christian is supposed to have in their life. In my assignment, I chose the first video where Fr. Robert Spitzer presents to us the evidence of the transcendent soul. In the presentation, Fr. Robert takes us through the journey of life beyond death. The soul is one of the most important that we as Catholic Christians celebrate and the soul lives beyond our death. The Church recognizes the soul as part of Christians and it has dedicated 2nd November of every year as Souls Day CITATION Cle18 \l 1033 (Cleary, 2018). The power of the soul is incomparable and we as human beings, we are created in the image and the likeness of God. Materialism has also affected our modern lives as Christians in different ways. Most of the Christians have focused themselves on seeking material wealth which has led them to go away from the way of life of a Christian.
