Historians had argued several times that the Nazi genocide was planned several years before it happened. However, before the genocide happened, there was a plan for evicting all Jews from Germany. Before the genocide was conducted, many Jews left Germany. However, some remnants left behind and captured during the Nazi sweep across Europe provided a dilemma.
