You have several options for this assignment, so you will need to choose one:
-Illustrate the ideal work environment. If everything was perfect at work, what would it be like? Describe everything in this environment—perhaps from the dispositions of your coworkers and supervisors to what clothes you wear to work.
-Illustrate what it means to be a “true friend.” What does being a “true friend” mean to you? What “true friends” have you had, and how do their actions coincide with being your definition of a “true friend?”

An Ideal working environment
The contemporary working environment is varied. However, an ideal working environment should be capable of enhancing productivity through application of high levels of technology, satisfied employees and a great team work. An ideal job utilizes the employee`s abilities and qualifications and gives them a chance to constantly challenge themselves. In addition, it offers a stable job that has positive work culture and quality supervision.
The ideal working environment, irrespective of the size of the organization, ensures that people contribute significantly in their personal welfare, assist each other to grow, understand and accept each other in terms of professionalism, enhance a healthy teamwork that assists to dedicate potential, and offer sufficient free space for motivation in personal and team levels. There are several factors that can be considered in a perfect workplace (Fletcher and John 67).
Mission statement
An organization that offers an ideal work environment has strong mission statement. Perfection in work places can be assured of if the company mission statement addresses its long term strategies and goals. This is in form of strong human resource strategies and other factors of management. In a perfect situation, the mission of the company reflects the values of employees (Burkholder, Preston and Libby 33).
Informal versus formal
An ideal working condition fits the preferred working style of everyone. Some people prefer working in a formal environment while others in informal working conditions. Formal working environment prefers the formality of places while informal environment supports a relatively less structured processes and work approaches.
