One of the things I chose around me is a body armor bottle. I've started drinking body armor for a year now. There are 12 flavors of this drink, but my favorite flavor is Strawberry Banana; it also helps replenish electrolytes and has coconut, and it's something I use before my workouts and after. This drink is also low in sodium, but it does have sodium; it has vitamins like A, C, E, B6, B12 and tastes like none sweeten Gatorade. This drink smells like a fruit smoothie, depending on what flavor you get or prefer. For the feel, it's pretty hard because it is in a plastic bottle wrapped in plastic labeling. This drink is for people in sports or who are highly active. For hearing the sounds I make after I drink after a long workout, and lastly, the color of the flavor that I like is pink and has a thin consistency.

One of the essential things I chose around me is a bottle of Bodyarmor sports drink. I have been using this sports drink for a year now and continue to enjoy it with each coming day. Bodyarmor has twelve different flavors available including blue raspberry, gold berry, orange and tropical brunch. However, my favorite flavor is the strawberry banana which has an exquisite taste and fulfills my needs. The active ingredients in this flavor include coconut water and cane sugar that add to its unique taste mimicking the non-sweetened Gatorade. Consequently, the drink smells and feels like a fruit smoothie depending on the type of flavor chosen.
