In the Gospel of Wealth, Carnegie demonstrates a high usefulness of recirculation of money. He suggests that the wealthy should channel their money to enriching the society in a way that it improves the living conditions of the needy, and that, regeneration of such money is possible. Carnegie was of the opinion that the rich should not deliver the money to their heirs. That the state should devise a law in which it takes away significant amount of money from dead people in the form of taxes and to use for the good of the society. He spent the better part of his fortune in helping the society by building libraries, universities, and schools and establish his foundation to the extent his efforts even after death (Carnegie).
