           Xioami Inc. is an internet company that produces and sells consumer electronics and related software, home appliances, and household items. It is the second-largest producer of Smartphones behind Samsung. Xiaomi is also the largest consumer of the Internet of Things (IoT) platform according to its Social Media accounts like Twitter and Facebook. These platforms enable the company to reach its target market globally. However, there are some noticeable weaknesses in Xiaomi’s website and social media platforms that need adjustments to improve communication of their value to their targets. 
           Firstly, the website lacks the organization’s profile or the ‘‘about page’’, making it difficult for the client to identify its mission, vision, values, and goals. It seems the company underestimated the about page, not knowing that this is where its website can specifically communicate the type of business Xiaomi is. New customers interested in using Xiaomi’s products may find it challenging to understand the company without going through the profile. As such, the website designers should redesign the website and include the company profile. The profile should have brief information about the company along with its history, mission and vision statements, values, goals, performance, and details on the team.
