Business ethics identifies the concepts that govern how business is conducted. An organization’s ethics will determine its reputation. Good business ethics are crucial for the long-term success of a business. Implementing a moral program will foster an effective company culture and increase success. Creating a Business Ethics program does take time and work, but doing this can do more in improving businesses and change lives (Webley 12). A corporation’s ethics will affect all those who connect to the business including customers, employees, suppliers, opponents, etc. Many of these groups will impact the way an organization’s code of ethics is developed. Different companies have different ethical requirements.
Coca-Cola Company
Coca-cola company Corporate and business responsibility is handled through the Public Policy and Corporate Reputation Council, a cross-functional band of senior professionals from the company and bottling associates.
