Supervision and teamwork are considered so much important in a team since it makes work easier than when one person is left alone to handle all the team's activities alone.
To have effective coordination and the reliable response of feedback in case of an incidence, there is an absolute need to always come together to help one another's hands and move together in whatever kind of activity at hand.
For instance, in the case of Benjamin, an older man who is ill and needs absolute attention and care to contain him and assist him in his improvement and healing process.
It happens that he only has his wife around, who is supposed to coordinate the activities back at his home, and at the same time, she should also be nursing him and always being there for him all along.
Considering the condition of Benjamin whereby he is in a position not to self-move and has to be moved from one place to the other and also has his clothes changed and even taken to the washrooms with the aid of at least two people, the state at which he is telling a lot about teamwork.
It is through teamwork and effective supervision that the health care practitioners such as Dave are always within the hospital to handle the state of Benjamin when the wife Jean is there or not.
It calls for sacrifice and confidence to surpass all the pain and suffering that Benjamin was going through. Therefore, teamwork and perfect coordination or activities and supervision, such as coming up with home policies, are important in a team's life and flawless operation.
A team, therefore, consists of at least two people who come together to support one another towards getting to finalize and coordinate a perfect rate of operation, and this is always enchanted by the desire to come up with positive feedback in the long run.
