I have learned the core concepts of agile organization in this course. This knowledge can help me in applying these practices to organizations and individuals in the future. I apply time management and leadership concepts in different real-world situations to increase the productivity of individuals and team members (Kotter, 2001). I believe that an organization with a good time management plan and a suitable leadership style must have an advantage in maintaining efficiency in the project tasks. I think time management is the most important skill, and I make full use of available learning resources and time management resources in performing all tasks efficiently. (Grout and Fisher, 2007). I think that under strict deadlines, I can prioritize the tasks based on their level of importance. As an individual, I manage my time in a purposeful manner for achieving the desired results. I have identified the time intervals in which my work efficiency and productivity levels are high. Therefore, I focus on completing all the important tasks involved in a project early morning. It helps me in managing my tasks efficiently and maintaining high efficiency in my projects.
The agile learning is an iterative process as it helps me in learning the different concepts in multiple phases (McCelland and Burnham, 1976). The adaptation of agile methods promotes a competency-based learning environment which plays a significant role in enhancing my skill set as a learner. In the process of learning, I constantly innovate with new ideas and then apply them into any real-world scenario. The focus is finding a solution of a business problem by applying the concepts learned in the coursework. I update the process in multiple iterations and emphasize on understanding and learning the key concepts.
Through this course I have learned that the agile organizations conduct market research on a regular basis for improving the efficiency of its business processes. A level of collaboration is established between the practitioners and researchers for executing the plan in multiple iterative processes. I believe that this knowledge will be useful for me when I enter into the professional field. I think that the concepts learned during the coursework will help me in my job as I will be able to diagnose the business problem in an efficient manner. Furthermore, I believe that I have acquired the necessary skills through this course which will help me in solving the business problems faced by the organization. I believe that reflective learning helps in proposing an appropriate solution to the given problem. In addition, I think that the user can apply an appropriate agile framework in managing the current processes in a more efficient way. In some situations I think that the intervention of the team leader becomes necessary in improving the efficiency of project tasks and business processes. The scrum of scrums technique can be applied in managing multiple project teams and tasks in the most appropriate way so that the efficiency of processes remains unaffected. I think that the proper utilization of the resources and manpower can yield the desired results for the organization.

The achievement of continuing success in a professional career is a result of my own efforts.
