The above table is a representation of the outside company’s appraisal. The companies outlined by this evaluation are Japan, China and USA. This evaluation shall outlay various criteria indicated on the point scale, on the left hand column, represented as 10 the highest and one lowest. As detailed in the table, the company which was rated lowest with 74 point as the overall score was China, the second company rated with 82 points score overall was the U.S. lastly, the company that was ranked the highest was Japan with the highest score rating of 85 points. However, though china which was evaluated to be the company with the utmost price and availability rates more than the USA and Japan it scored in most sectors the lowest. The U.S also conceded as the company with higher warranty, customer services and brand names rating it still managed to be second rated. The three areas which made Japan as the industrial superior company which was rated highest were delivery performance, technical support and quality system. Japan was dominantly rated highest in all the rated attributes, no other company in any sector ousted Japan in dominance.
