The project is happening to find some potential sources of funding for those people to access support, including clients living in care home or sheltered accommodation. 1.2. Executive Summary
The report presents a detailed evaluation of the Colebrook project. The analysis is conducted from the individual perspective of the project manager, Lan Anh Hoang. It is revealed that the project is implemented successfully because of the transformational leadership style adopted by the project manager. The leadership style has helped to develop a collective vision, collaboration and coordination are increased between the key stakeholders like the client, government, and community members. Colebrook's project provides support to the underprivileged individuals and helps them to find the sources of funding. As the project details indicate that it helps in the development of a sustainable environment for the community. Therefore, as a project manager, it was necessary to integrate every stakeholder in the implementation phases to achieve excellence. Project Evaluation
1. Introduction
The report presents a detailed evaluation of the project known as Colebrook. The Colebrook is an initiative or project that exists for the benefits of the community. The services offered by Colebrook project are for social inclusion, independence for the vulnerable adults, and local communities. It is expected that the Colebrook services will provide help to the vulnerable adults that have faced financial challenges in recent years. Colebrook project allocates its efforts to find potential sources of funding for the underprivileged individuals and also for those that are living in the home care and sheltered accommodation. As a project manager, Lan Anh Hoang, the individual perspective about the project evaluation is presented in this report.
2. Project Evaluation through Success Factors
The Colebrook project needs to be evaluated with the use of different success factors. Westerveld (2003) has suggested a project excellence model, and it covers the project success criteria and different types of success factors associated with the organizational areas.

Therefore, the success factors mentioned in the project excellence model are discussed below. Along with this, the success criteria developed in the Colebrook project is also used for evaluation. Therefore, both success factors and success criteria are used for evaluation.
2.1. Leadership and team. As per details mentioned in the success criteria, management of the team is carried out effectively to ensure that the conflicts of interest do not create a negative impact on the project execution. In the project management plan, it was highlighted that the project manager is responsible for developing policies to encourage teamwork relationships, project objectives need to be achieved through high satisfaction of clients, and long-term partnership is developed with the key stakeholders and business partners. In the post-evaluation period, it is revealed that as a project manager, success criteria are met because the transformational leadership style is used for the development of collective vision by the collection of suggestions from every key stakeholder. Al Harbi, Alarifi, and Mosbah (2019) have identified that there exists a relationship between the employees' creativity and transformational leadership. However, it is essential to ensure the mediation role of the psychological empowerment of workforce, organizational culture of innovation and employees learning and growth attitude. Therefore, as a project manager, transformational leadership style is adopted to ensure that project is implemented by ensuring high creativity among the other team members and it further helped to ensure that other team members develop an attitude of learning and growth to executive the Colebrook project as per the expectations of key stakeholders.
2.2. Strategy and Policy. Colebrook provides useful and reliable information about the potential sources of funding available to underprivileged individuals. The project strategy was to develop a sustainable local environment by providing support to vulnerable adults. In the post-project implementation era, it is revealed that project strategy was a success because it helped to present sources of funding in an effective way to the potential individuals in the community. It is expected that potential sources of funding identified through Colebrook will provide support to the individuals who have experienced severe financial challenges. Gomes and Romão (2016) have suggested that if project management benefits are based on pre-determined success factors, then it becomes relatively easy to promote efficient project management practices. Therefore, as a project manager, the developed success criteria has helped to execute the project as per the defined parameters. The project manager is successful to meet the pre-determined success criteria that include management of teams to reduce conflicts, minimize the risks, identification of the reliable source of funds, completion of the project according to the customers' needs, and development of the partnership with the other supporters.
2.3. Resource and stakeholder’s management. The project management plan indicates that the project manager is responsible for developing clear and realistic objectives to implement the project. The project manager is also responsible for developing collect work performance data from all the team members and then implement specific policies and procedures to evaluate the performances to ensure that contributions of team members have helped to achieve the desired results.
