Nintendo's Agile Supply Chain Management: Navigating the Gaming Industry with Precision
you need to write two essays and the topic should be picked from the requirement doc.
each essay is no more than 1000 words.
each essay should have 10 sources and a total of 20 sources.
use UK English.
Each essay should relate to one topic covered in the module and you should choose one company example to link to the topic. Do not use the same topic or company example in your second essay. So in total, you will cover two topics and two examples in both essays (one topic and one example in each essay).
Examples of topics you may wish to look at are outlined below. Please note, that some of the topics are broad and will have sub-topics within them that you may decide to focus on, so you should not try to cover everything within the broader topic, but rather focus on the area(s) that are most relevant to your example within the broader topic. You only have 1000 words per essay, so need to focus on the most relevant aspects when writing this up.
There are a lot of potential examples that might be used for this assignment. All students need to choose two company examples as well as two relevant topics. Some of the earlier tutorial sessions will be used to provide formative feedback on assignment preparation and students will have the chance to ask questions to help them identify an appropriate problem to analyse. I will not be able to provide individual students with guidance on whether their examples/topics are ok. There are too many of you for me to be able to do this for everyone, so I won't be doing it for anyone as that would be unfair if a couple of students ask and receive additional guidance. Extensive written guidance is given here and in the linked docs and there will be opportunity to ask Qs in the discussion forum or lecture sessions. If you are struggling to choose examples, you can choose from the ones outlined below. This will not impact your mark as you will be assessed on the quality of your analysis of the success stories and their linkage to relevant areas of SCM.
