Management and organization of the car manufacture
As Managers, we are people who steer the organization towards attaining its objective. On the other hand, our management means the process of planning, leading and taking control of the efforts of an organization members and utilizing resources of a firm to achieve its goals. Our job as managers is to maintain controlling over techniques used in the organization.
In our organization, the shareholders will elect board of directors to represent our interests. Then there will be appointment of managing director, who has the duty of organizing and running the factory. With the help of other directors, we will appoint the senior manager to run the institution. The types of mangers that we will recruit will depend on organizational structure. This organization will have Board of directors, Roles, Responsibilities, CEO, Financial Director, Production Director, etc structure. (The times, 2010)
Since the organization will be operating regionally, then we need regional mangers. Splitting the management further, into various functions, our organization will need functional mangers that might include finance, HR, sales production directors and so on. Going down to departments, we will need departmental mangers production managers, sales mangers, (The times, 2010). Every manager in the organization will report to us, as general mangers, and we will take an area of responsibility. Mostly, we will ensure every manager has goal and targets to meet within there area of responsibility. Such like goals and target need to focus on the general goal and target f an organization.
We will typically be responsible for the establishment, prioritizing, and ensuring that all objectives are attained. We will also establish communication framework and work patterns within everybody`s field of responsibility, for instance in departments; they usually set targets of communication results and results to the individuals and motivating employees. Managers will also create, monitor and ensure budgets are achieved.
