Following the issues you raised on the paper I wrote on ‘organizational behavior,’ this is my statement report addressing the matters raised.
Regarding the use of sophisticated language, I have worked hard to polish my English. Being from China and having English as my second language meant that I had problems in written and spoken English. As a result, I took the initiative to learn English and continually improve on my grammar. I have been reading academic papers to understand the different writing styles that academic papers follow. I have been focusing on academic journals since I believe they adhere to solid academic rules. Reading journals and other academic papers have allowed me to improve my written English. I have discovered ways of improving my grammar. When I was writing this assignment, I took a lot of time to research. All the sources I used were journals because I wanted to adhere to high academic standards. What would appear as sophisticated English is taking time to produce a high-quality job. I ensured that I edited the job well so that it does not have many grammatical errors.
The Bank of America (BoA) selection in question 3 was because I wanted an organization whose organizational behavior was known. Since the question allowed us to search the Internet for any organization in the banking industry, I did not restrict myself to backs in Australia. While BoA is an American company, it is also a multinational with branches in many countries, including China and Australia. Being a multinational, information about BoA was readily available on the Internet. This allowed me to determine the authenticity of the information because I could compare different sources. The information available allowed me to come up with a better response to the question. Since the question did not restrict to banks in Australia or a particular country, I did not think that selecting BoA would be problematic.
Concerning the word document being created by an anonymous author, this is because I did not create the document using my computer. As a result, the paper I uploaded appears to be from an anonymous source....
