Big Data and Amazon Web Services (AWS)
Amazon Web Services (AWS) is one of the dominant players in the cloud platform. As a pioneer, AWS commands the largest market share in the industry, with 31% in 2015 and 33% in 2019 (Noam, 2021). This information offers critical customer insight since it enables Netflix to correlate viewing habits with data about client location and demographics.
