To complete the assignment, you must first take two online EI Evaluation questionnaires. There are three options available to you. The first questionnaire is provided through the Bradberry and Greaves textbook. You will also see two websites with alternate questionnaires. Please choose two out of the three options available. Once you have completed the questionnaires, you will write a short paper, 2 pages in length, reflecting back over your results. Take into account the cover page and the reference page are in addition to the 2 pages required for the body of the paper.

Emotional Intelligence Self-Assessment Reflection
Emotional Intelligence is a person's capability to perceive, assess, and regulate one's feelings and those of others. According to Bradberry & Greaves (2009), emotional Intelligence encompasses four key components: self-awareness, self-regulation, social awareness, and relationship management. In this reflection, I will explore my EI strengths and weaknesses based on the results from two online assessments: the IHHP Test Your EQ and the MEIT Emotional Intelligence Test by Maetrix. Therefore, from this analysis, I want to develop ways to show how emotional Intelligence will be practical or helpful to me in my daily life and career.
My Results
The first of them is the Test Your EQ quiz, which evaluates the extent of emotional Intelligence in several domains, such as emotional recognition, empathy, and self-control of impulses. When I analyzed my results from this test, I noticed that my empathy was high and felt that I had a good perception of the feelings of others and the ability to notice emotional signals in people. However, I was below average in self-regulation as I sometimes find it hard to handle stress and emotions during tests. The second assessment was the MEIT Emotional Intelligence Test, which gave more importance to emotional recognition and the proper approach to solving emotional issues. Like the first test, I passed this test with flying colors, though it measures one's emotional Intelligence when it comes to identifying one's own emotions. Yet, I defined potential concerns, including self-assertive reactions and emotional information regulation, to solve complicated social problems.
