Food security remains to be a tremendous and vital concern of every individual. Food is a fundamental ingredient to a person’s life and the basis of our healthy living (Dufour & Piperata, 2017). The acquisition and the collection of various foods may involve some processes which may require an extra load of application in acquisition. In my case, following my food diary, the easier and most promising place of acquiring them is from Walmart. The food merchandisers in Walmart have promising food security, and thus, a guarantee is approved in getting healthy food s and in the right sanitation state.
The food from Walmart is easily acquired from the various vending stations, which are usually accessible. The consideration to orders from them is their general consideration of the availability of the available food, which makes one source all the diets from a single store. Mostly, vitamins were easily found at more straightforward disposal since the supply was daily. The Walmart stores make it a more straightforward way through which the fruits like bananas and apples brought are freshly and safely packed ready for consumption. Therefore, having considered this, a diary pan enabled and eased on the massive package after the collection from Walmart.
The fruits and wheat pieces of bread were easier to get since the preservation was quickly done with little care needed. The storage and the collection were made easier for the set three days (Dufour & Piperata, 2017). However, the collection of chicken and snacks was complex due to the transportation and perishability of the food. Since most of the snacks are cheap, there was massive competition in acquiring them timely.

During the food diary recordings, I took different breakfasts, and the most common breakfast was bread and coffee. The other foods were a supplement to the choice of foods due to the state of varying weather conditions and also health effects of the beverages used (Matta, 2013). During lunchtime, majorly I took potato chips and lettuce. This was due to the health effects of the mixture of the two carbohydrates and vitamins enabled lettuce. The health effects of the potatoes allow and regulate one to take just a small packet due to high-fat content in its processing. Lettuce, however, is an added vitamin that acts as the balance of the two foods.
I considered grilled chicken as the best meal during supper time, having taken a light lunch meal. The grilled chicken together with baked potato chips helps generate warmth due to cold nights and the general health effects. After every meal, here is an included snack that helps keep one fit. Mostly bananas and apples are a good snack for more vitamins.
Reflection
Food production and consumption are vital systems that involve more than we may consider obvious. On the other hand, food security is a collective and dominant mode and consideration that should involve much vitality to foster and encourage healthy living (Dufour & Piperata, 2017). The security of the various foods being produced and consumed by individuals aim for their desire for healthy living should include a deliberate approach. The various foods produced worldwide pass through different processes and states before reaching the final consumer. Some foods are produced mainly, while others are scarce in production due to their intensive application on cost factors (Matta, 2013). Different foods call for different approaches, and thus consumers’ choice of the foods is majorly affected by the types and instance of the foods one may be aiming at.
The scrambled eggs have nutritional value since they have proteins, the two eggs have 150 calories, 14 grams of proteins and about 10 grams of fat. Additionally, the whole wheat has bread has around 90 calories and 3 grams of protein. The morning breakfast in almost every day has an approximately 240 calories, 17 grams proteins and 10 grams fat respectively. The baked potato has more than 150 calories depending on the country of origin the products. It has high vitamins, 17 milligram of sodium and 36 grams of carbs.
