The Risk of Heart-related Diseases and Ways to Avoid It Through Exercise Regime
Example: 1- From learning in the class about cardiovascular. I have a few example from my family history that faced these problem. My grandfather past away long time ago from heart attack 2- I will try my best to delay the risk of cardiovascular by stay physical active , find the right sport that I can do as a daily sport and now I’m doing a new system for me to stop smoking I hope it will work out and it will decrease my blood pressure and resting heart rate. It will also prevent me from cancer 3- Atherosclerosis happens when the blood flow is decreased in the arteries due to plaques. Deposits of fat, cholesterol and other substances form plaques. The fact that arteries are decreased could cause blockage and this blockage will cause blood clotsmBehavior maintenance: 1- The patterns of my EX LOG showed that I exercise 5 to 6 days a week but most of days I do easy and smooth exercise and when I start doing EX log it motivated me that I have to work out more and it , if that assignment was when I was in high school you will see 7 days of exercise between soccer and squash 2- I think it will change to better performance when I go back home after summer and I usually do exercise there every day because we have a soccer team if don’t stay physically good they wouldn’t let me play with them 3- I will evaluate my progress in the future my seeing a specialist in exercise and body composition , I will check my blood pressure
Cardiovascular Risk:
1 As a result of classroom information on the risk of heart-related diseases I have come to realize that some of my kin exhibit such complications. Some have even succumbed to the disease, such as my grand dad.
2 My main tactic to avoid suffering from such a condition, especially at an early age, is to do some exercises which will keep my body fit. This is through selecting the best physical exercise routine for myself, such as a selected sport. Additionally, I will also practice healthy living by taking the right food and avoiding harmful behavior such as smoking, which is known for is carcinogenic effects. I believe this will go a long way to reducing the risk.
