Your Milestone Assignment: Think about the best and the worst colleague you are currently working with or have worked with in the past. (In defining "best" and "worst", consider the person's ability to get tasks completed, rapport with others, communication, attitude, work habits, etc.) Have two specific people in mind (you will be writing about them in each Milestone Activity), but DO NOT identify the organization or the individuals by name or title in your assignment. Answer the following questions: What are three behaviors that your best coworker and three behaviors that your worst coworker exhibited most often? What impact did the best and the worst coworker have on you? How well/poorly did the two people you've described above work within a team, like a committee, department, shift unit, or project team? What impact did the best and the worst coworker have on the organization as a whole. (If you do not have direct knowledge of the individual's impact on the organization, what are some assumptions you could make about how the person's behavior potentially affected workforce morale, productivity, customer relations, or any other widespread impact?)
