Organizational Behavior Milestone 2 Name of Student Course Name of Professor University Date Organizational Behavior Milestone 2 Best Colleague: Personality As the individual mechanism that defines the behavior of my best colleague, I can identify their personality, specifically high conscientiousness and flexibility. Conscientiousness is one of the indexes of the Big Five factors describing the character and reflects the level of organization, responsibility, and work productivity (Costantini et al., 2020). This behavior can be seen in my colleague’s reliability in delivering work on time and their kindness in helping co-workers. Another aspect of their personality worth mentioning is their flexibility, meaning that people are willing to find ways to respond to new challenges and expectations in most workplaces. Active workers are usually responsible, punctual, and perform tasks well, which I describe as my best colleague. Such flexibility enables them to respond constructively to various expectations and pressures, which translates to enhanced team performance. This set of characteristics produces a good, productive worker and team player who positively influences his peers and organization.
