It couldn’t surprise many on seeing US’ Barack Obama visit India thrice in a span of five years. These visits have solid public relations impressions, in that, they conveyed a message to business fraternities on both US and India. This business prospect abounds a stronger engagement in nearly all industries. US and India engagements long before these trips give credence to confidence of the positive impacts underlying this bilateral coexisting diplomacy. Further, the rise of India with substantial competitive strengths in trade and services had to be accommodated by the US and the rest of the global economies. Hence, the forthcoming of these two nations is eminently bright as they brawl to correct existing global disparities (Hauss, 2000).
To begin with, the United States is India's major trade partner, birthplace of foreign direct investment and external job openings for the Indian middle class. Any slowdown of the US economy is likely to affect India more as by now than any period in the past (Hauss, 2000). The truth is that, the US is not only India's leading trading mate but India has the maximum surplus in-trade with the US, and any stoppage in Indian exports to the US is likely to have a larger impact on the trade shortage than a slowdown in trade with European Union or emerging Asia.
Availability of cheap labor: India has got the highest population in the world.
