I definitely like the working title of your work and how you explained the scope of your work, including the objectives of the task. It was concise and it immediately captures the attention of the readers especially when you stated that “we are aware of a plan by a new terrorist group”. I also like your idea of collecting data such as tapping the help of both the local law enforcers and the FBI and the expense of using “wire-tapping on each of their members”. However, I also think that some ethical issues should have been placed into focus rather than simply the expense of it CITATION Stand \l 1033 (Stanford.edu, n.d.). Nonetheless, I also think that ‘less-aggressive methods’ are not the appropriate especially with these kinds of threats. But, in any other case, I think that some other methods could include; data mining CITATION Dah13 \l 1033 (Dahl, 2013) and statistical analysis CITATION Bur13 \l 1033 (Burakovsky, 2013)

First of all, what captured my interest in your work is the explanation of its scope. It’s straightforward and concise. However, in my opinion, I still think that it lacks the sense of ‘urgency’ in explaining the scope. This sense of urgency is important especially in dire situations like this CITATION But \l 1033 (Butler, n.d.). Nevertheless, I like how it was presented and how you emphasized the data gathering part which touches the local law enforcements. The local police plays a crucial part in this war against terrorism and not only the higher level organizations like CIA and FBI CITATION Nik15 \l 1033 (Nikolow & Galante, 2015). However, in my opinion, I believe that your data gathering methods should also include a more “general” and/or broad approach other than the more specific ones such as interviewing family members and other colleagues or outsourcing specific information. In cases like these, I still believe that processes like statistical analysis CITATION Bur13 \l 1033 (Burakovsky, 2013) and Data mining could prove to be very beneficial CITATION Jon16 \l 1033 (Jones, 2016).
