Today’s world is called the global village because there is one language and a common speech, representing humanity and the safety of human rights. In the words of the Bible, “Come, let’s make bricks and bake them thoroughly” Genesis 11:1-9 (NIV) (Bishop, 2014). It represents that over time, the globe has transformed due to development, progress, and transition from one era to another, and it represents the strength of the globe. The Agenda for Development (A/RES/51/2140) highlighted the development concept in such content, which is significant for countries to improve their progress. Development is one of the main priorities of the United Nations. Development is a multidimensional understanding to achieve a higher quality of life for all people. Economic Development, social development, and environmental protection are interdependent and mutually reinforcing components of sustainable development” (United Nations, 2024). In the present hour, it’s the need of every country to be more progressive than other countries to maintain their supremacy and sovereignty and to be known with respect as progress represents the strength and power of the country that is required to be stable to represent through the life quality of the masses. In another place in the Bible, it is mentioned, “Come, let us build ourselves a city, with a tower that reaches to the heavens, so that we may make a name for ourselves; otherwise, we will be scattered over the face of the whole earth.” Genesis 11:1-9 (NIV) (Bishop, 2014). For success over other countries and nations, it is significantly needed to identify the strengths and weaknesses of one state over another and represent the Christian countries in the comity of other believers. It’s the need of the hour that the economic, military, and technology powers have to work coherently and collectively with poor and developing countries to assist them in enhancing their progress and development, as it’s the era of transition where development is not limited to one country and one period because it evolves over the period. The international development and globalization are interlinked, representing the countries' collective growth and progress as they represent the strength and development of one region over another. Theoretical Understanding of the Globe The theories of international relations have evolved; even the strongest theories have not been stressed, keeping in view the needs of the global patterns, ethics, evolution, and norms that keep changing continuously. A famous example among theories is Charles Darwin's theory in the natural sciences, which is the theory of evolution. However, the theory of Kenneth Waltz regarding the neorealist's theory of international relations represents even the transition in theories through the need for time to form new ideas, thoughts, and explanations (Mingst & McKibben, 2022, p.66). It’s the need of the hour that with stable international development and continuous globalization, there is an immense need to improve the understanding of the evolved theories to have harmony among countries and resolve conflicts. The literature has reviewed, according to Goldberg and Pavcnik (2007), that the effects of income inequality in developing countries impacted through trade, and the solution to this imbalance is providing massive integration of developing countries into the global market, which causes distributional changes in a different perspective that have been perceived (Khoban, 2021 p.3). Such thought-provoking decisions and measures are needed to improve the masses' quality of life and decrease hunger, poverty, and uncertainty that mainly prevails in the poor and third-world countries. Globalization Needs to be Transitioned The globalization is termed a continuous process of evolving and progress that needs to be dynamic and mark a strength of the nations to be motivated to struggle with hope for a better tomorrow. Globalization is known as a commutative, cumulative process.
