Introduction
This paper focuses on the vital points Federal Reserve and how it works. Mostly to also discuss a few factors that are overstepping the boundaries of God, as stated in the assignment. The urgency of the need to uphold the provisions and internal rules and regulations of the Federal Reserve Laws and Statutes is for the sole purpose of saving and protecting the economic system of America. In the process of changing the supply through the strategy of transactions in government bonds, the Fed can change or modify the interest rates in the short term. This process then lessens the interest rates that could now encourage the methods of borrowing and investing.
The Pros and Cons of Federal Reserves
Fed acts as the supervisor and regulator of several banking institutions (Lowenstein, Roger, 2015, P368). Moreso, it maintains the balance and stability of the financial enterprises and provides a whole new array of services in the financial branch of the government correlating to the depository functions of both local and foreign investors within the actions and laws allowed by the government. The purpose of these reserves is to established numerous employments, provided stability in the prices of market vendors, and balance the interest rates.
