Connection Between Our Culture and the News Media
Among the most famous debates in human societies, today is media reliability in delivering accurate and credible information. Arguably, most of the public has diverted to seeking information from social media platforms rather than relying on the famous information giants such as CBC, FOX, or CNN. This is undoubtedly a significant issue and one that needs attention primarily because we rely on the media for information.
Several issues are revolving around mainstream media prove them biased. First is the extensive nature of stereotyping and misleading information that the media passes (Schmitt et al., 2004).
