At the global and local scale, one of the most intimidating problems at the moment is related to terror. Several items are carried on the local and international shows on weekly basis, on the various attacks that have been carried out across the globe. Millions of lives have been lost through the heinous acts of terror. Over the years, most of the military operations have been carried out in the various states that are found to be harboring some of the most terrifying organization involved in terror and destruction (Siebert, 2016). However, there has been a recent twist in the tactics used by the terror cells. They are constantly adapting and one of the ways they have managed to continue their escapades is through the radicalizations of the local youths at the home front (PBS, 2016). As such, phrases such as homegrown terrorist have become common search terms.
Jihadists, as they are commonly referred to have established cells within the nations that they want to attack, from where they carry out heinous attacks on the citizens (Dombrowski, 2016). There are now renewed threats in the United States, following several attacks in Europe. To tackle this problem, there is need for a multifaceted approach.
