It is a learning theory in which learners acquire knowledge based on their familiarity. As Piaget would suggest, it comes through experiences that people receive and the advancements which people will make with such knowledge (University of Sydney, 2004). Reflection after experience helps learners to find out how they need to behave or do as the theories suggest. In doing so, people come across something new, or they may dispose of what they have learned if inappropriate (Karin, 2013). Such ideas will help in furthering the education that somebody had started.
