You are now at the last step of your service plan. Please add this final step to your service plan. Remember, you will pick up where you left off in Assignment 12. For this assignment, you must coordinate services with community resources to help your client, use proper documentation, and discharge your client either through referral or successful discharge and end services using the skills learned in class.

Secondly, Maria needs financial aid and loan option advising, which involves assistance in navigating the financial aid process, including completing the FAFSA, exploring scholarship opportunities, and understanding loan options. Thirdly, she needs agency scholarship programs that provide information and assistance in applying for scholarships offered by Bright Futures Human Services. Fourthly, Maria needs a referral to community resources that include affordable childcare, transportation assistance, and tutoring services to support her academic success. Finally, it is recommended that she be subjected to workshops on resume writing and interviewing skills to prepare her for future employment opportunities in the nursing field.
