Leaders in these organizations should comprehend a number of external and internal elements that influence the decision-making process as well as service delivery. This essay overviews factors influencing CCS, the leadership issues resulting from the impact of these factors, and the possible improvements in the assessment of the leadership responses. Organizationally, the context, stakeholders, beneficiaries, and culture in which CCS operates are changing over time with growing population diversity and people's heterogeneity, resulting in different needs such as housing, food insecurity, and mental health issues. The COVID-19 pandemic has also affected these needs, as there is a need for flexibility and rapid response in service delivery. Three or Four Important Factors or Forces that Impact the Selected Human Services Organization. Funding CCS is another area that is influenced by funding; it therefore means that an adequate fund is an essential input for CCS. The organization's funding is through government grants, contributions from private individuals, and fundraising. Changes in funding can occur due to financial crises or changes in the government's priorities; this results in changes in the management of the budget as well as in the delivery of services. For instance, if the government reduces its funding for social services, then CCS will be forced to reduce its programs or look for other sources of funding. Policy Changes Depending on the state and federal policies, CCS is affected by policy shifts in operation. This is the place where changes in immigration laws enhance the demand for legal and social services or alterations of regulations concerning the healthcare industry influence funding to mental health. CCS has to be up to date with these changes and align its services accordingly to ensure the correlation of its services with the needs of the community and serve within the perimeters of the law. Community Needs The target group of CCS is the community's needs, and since they are dynamic, there is a need to adapt to change. CCS needs to take time frequently to establish the community needs and align its CCS with the needs so that they can be met effectively.
