According to Tran (2020), Greenleaf's theology of institutions is the needed solution for societal change in this generation. Therefore, one element that could lead to this model being embraced in an organization is formulating policies that ensure that institutions, in general, encourage personal values and beliefs. Through this, the leaders and those being led feel that their interests are respected and their opinions valued. In Luke 6:31, individuals are required to treat others as they wish to be treated (Tran, 2020). When this is taught in institutions, individuals learn to respect each other and to do right by one another, whether in the position of leadership or as followers.
