The research entitled Teaching ‘Trainees to Implement Functional Communication Training with Multiple Schedules: An Evaluation of Training Effects and Durability’ by Yassa et al. (2024). In the given research, the authors examine how to use Behavioral Skills Training (BST) to teach trainees to implement Functional Communication Training (FCT) with multiple schedules, evaluating the effects and durability of training. The study was carried out on four trainee realms as they were instructed in a clinical set-up on the way to utilize FCT in children having Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Dependent variable measures included accuracy in applying FCT and time stability in accuracy after training intervention (BST). The article's purpose was to establish the efficacy of the BST procedure and how the trainees sustain the acquired behavior after the training session.
