Openstax (2019) indicates that organizations’ behavior determines the settings within their business premises and the interactions between colleagues and their seniors. This understanding informed the research conducted in this study with a central goal of determining employees’ happiness levels in an organization. The researcher used a 10-question survey to assess work-related attitudes, workplace happiness, and organizational support through a Likert scale metric. The findings from this research reveal the workers in the identified establishment positively perceive their organization as an environment where they can express themselves and thrive. For instance, an investigation of the communication and feedback elements reveals that a significant proportion of the workforce notes that transparency and feedback constitute a critical aspect of their institution. Of the ten respondents in this survey, 80% confirmed that the communication in their workplace depicted elements of effectiveness and transparency (see Figure 1). Results also indicate that 10% of these individuals’ opinions were neutral, while another 10% contrasted such sentiments. Approximately 90% of all the respondents felt that the organization values feedback and institutes appropriate measures to address the worker’s issues, while only 10% were neutral.
