Write a paper describing what you have learned about that adult, and relate the individual's developmental stage to the class discussions, the readings in your textbook, and the assigned articles. As with the child case study, it is not just a report on the adult, but most importantly, an ANALYSIS of his/her development based on what you have learned in this course about development at that particular stage of life. Information about how to do an adult case study is located in the Guidelines for the Adult Case Study document above. This paper should be submitted online as an email attachment in .doc or .docx format. (LATE SUBMISSIONS WILL RESULT IN GRADE ADJUSTMENT, so please try to submit your work on or before this date!)

A Case Study of Mrs Smith
By investigating the intricacies of personality development during the later stages of maturity, this research endeavors to comprehend the factors that influence an individual's effective or ineffective adjustment to the aging process. The focus of this examination is Mrs. Smith, a retired nurse 68 years of age who has an extensive record of involvement in the community. Since our acquaintance over a decade ago, when she volunteered at a local clinic, our relationship has grown increasingly intimate and based on mutual reliance. By delving into the strands of her life experiences and perspectives on aging, this interview seeks to illuminate the developmental dynamics inherent in her particular life stage.
Method
The interview with Mrs. Smith occurred in her cozy home, ensuring a relaxed atmosphere conducive to open conversation. Questions focused on her past challenges, coping mechanisms, and perspectives on aging. Observations centered on her demeanor, emotions, and any noticeable shifts
