Maslow's hierarchy of needs impacts our motivation to fulfill and satisfy needs according to our priorities and understanding of how to address those needs. As a mother, my primary focus is to fulfill my children's physiological needs, such as providing food and shelter. The theory impacts us most because before one satisfies other needs, one needs to satisfy those at the physiological level (Dar & Sakthivel, 2022).
