The young population is a public health priority due to its socioeconomic contributions and cultural representation in countries (Westberg et al., 2022). As a result, progressive therapeutic measures such as ‘digital technologies’ are inevitable as preventive measures for practitioners to support young patients with cognitive diseases. Below are the primary goals of this research: * Reduce gaps between digital therapeutic technologies and preventive mental health strategies, * Identify a specific tool from digital therapeutic technologies and measure its effectiveness in early interventions to resolve cognitive conditions. * Identify and propose an integrated model that makes digital therapeutic solutions accessible for young patients with different mental conditions to ensure real-time care delivery, and * Review and formulate policies to ensure the successful integration of preventive measures in homes, schools, and clinical settings, supporting the delivery of robust solutions to the young population. Results of Proposed Research According to Westberg et al. (2022), current clinical practices tend to explore progressive solutions to increase engagement and accessibility for young populations with care needs for robust recovery. Hence, my research aims to identify solutions among clinical practitioners to select evidence-based strategies for high patient-practitioner engagement and convenient access to mental care solutions through digital technologies. The research findings will explore emotional readiness, best operational practices, and suitable digital technologies to support young patients with cognitive conditions for positive outcomes. Practitioners could use empirical evidence to select a relevant intervention plan and preventive measures in primary care while reaching patients with major depressive disorder (MDD), chronic stress, and severe anxiety. The findings will also focus on cost factors to ensure the affordability of digital therapeutic solutions in clinical interventions, attracting young patients in need of immediate assistance.
