Blend between Servant Leadership and Pace-setting Leadership

The interview provided important insights into leadership. One of the things I learnt about leadership is that having a positive attitude is integral to being an effective leader. Our interviewee’s attitude towards work was evidenced by his conduct, and dedication to the routine even though he was the manager and could easily afford to work without sticking to a strict routine. Secondly, leadership is more effective when the leader creates good relationships with the subordinates. The manager we interviewed makes deliberate efforts to have good relationships with those working under him, and this has evidently made everyone comfortable and able to have better work output.
