The discussion includes a number of areas of organizational culture and power, as follows: Question 1: Post-Fordism Approach The company has a purist character, as defined post-Fordism. The purist school of thought sees culture as complex and emergent, capable of being neither managed nor controlled (Davut, 2021). In many cases, differences in values cause conflict, which illustrates that culture is not simply something imposed from above.
