Training Needs Analysis
Chapter 3 of the textbook describes the analysis stage of ADDIE. In this step, a training needs analysis is required. Based on the training needs analysis, describe a training course that could be used for your current job position. How will the training address the needs of the employees?

The first stage of ADDIE, analysis, focuses on determining what needs to be done to address a performance gap (Kopp, 2014). A training need that could be helpful in my current job position is a teamwork training course. My workplace relies on teams to develop staffing forecasts and schedules. A training course on teamwork can go a long way in improving our performance. Furthermore, we’re required to collaborate with the operations team to deliberate on key drivers and staffing requirements. Sometimes there is impatience and unclear communication, which I think are some of the sources of the performance gap.
