Amazon is a multinational company located in Washington. The company concentrates on cloud computing, e-commerce, artificial intelligence, and digital streaming. In line with management, Amazon faces potential issues such as; employee disobedience, worker influence on leadership behavior, and the effects of this leadership style on employee motivation, behavior, and subordinate performances. Nevertheless, Amazon should adopt some measures towards improving leadership training and the performance of its workers.
Consequently, some workers' insubordination towards leaders makes it difficult for Amazon to keep its rivals at bay, maintain the growth of e-commerce, and to advance its prominent position as an online-retailing juggernaut. The corporation may be the indisputable leader in the market, but more aggressive competitors like Walmart have taken steps to challenge them on market shares. The subordinates at Amazon have improved their leaders' behavior by praising them when managed well. This act inspires the leader to reinforce such behavior frequently. Being resourceful, employees work on the purpose of the organization, knowing their impact on its success.
