To determine how practices influences organization performance the productivity-related practices (Psum), customer-related practices (Csum), and employee-related practices (Esum) predictor variables were considered. The linear regression linear is Organizational Performance (y) = -0.038 Psum + 0.186 Csum -0.016 Esum+ 16.026, for the correlations, Psum-the value of R is 0.2029.
