Silver Airways, also called Silver Airways LLC is one of the famous airline operators based in a U.S. It is regional airline having its headquarters in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Silver Airways LLC primarily, which is owned by Versa Capital Management operates scheduled flights between Florida and the Bahamas. Its maintenance facility is based at Orlando International Airport within Florida. This paper will focus on SWOT (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats) analysis of Silver Airways LLC. As an appointed manager, one of the critical areas of focus involves initiating strategies decisions that determines the company’s overall directions. strategic decisions are critical for any corporate organization in terms of determining organization progress, survivability, adaptability, flexibility and resilience. Strategic decisions consider the whole environment in which the organization operates, plus the resources and the people who form critical components of the organization such as Silver Airways LLC. More often, strategic decisions are linked to resource propositions for an organization which managers at various levels must focus on. Firm’s leadership need to identify and implement strategies decisions that would coordinate, organize, mobilize and harmonize organization resources and capabilities in light of strengths, weakness, opportunities and threats. As a manager of Silver Airways, identifying and implementing strategic decisions is one of the most fundamental responsibilities accorded to this leadership position.
Silver airways has undergone tremendous progress. recently, it purchased Seaborne Airlines which is based in Puerto Rico. It has also expanded its routes to Caribbean regions. This expansion makes silver airways the highest volumes of flights airline transits between Bahamas and the Caribbean from Florida. This paper collates information about silver airways SWOT as tabulated in the following figure.

Strengths
Weaknesses
The number of flights, destinations, and routes undertaken by Silver Airways accounts for its strength. Silver controls a substantial number of routes in Florida. Furthermore, it has firm control over routes between Florida and the Bahamas. Its mean comprises 125 daily flights to seventeen destinations from Fort Lauderdale, Tampa, and Orlando (Silver Airways).
Silver Airways has relatively smaller market share because it is more of domestic than international airway carrier. The smaller market share is one of the core areas of weakness.
Increased expansion through acquisition is another critical source of strength for Silver Airways. The purchase of Seaborne by Silver Airways was a robust expansion and business strategy. The agglomeration of Silver Airways and Seaborne created a stronger airline which made Silver Airways be regional airway carrier in Florida, the Bahamas, and the Caribbean.
Another weakness is that Silver Airways significantly relies on other industry players for bookings.
 Silver Airways has also secured interline deals with significant industry players such as U. S Airways, American Airlines, and JetBlue, thereby strengthening its area of operations and enhancing connectivity between different regions. These interline agreements are essential because they allow clients to connect to various favorite and business destinations.
Silver Airways is one of the most popular domestic airways carried by the populous U.S. This popularity allows Silver Airways to enjoy high demand for its services from broader clientele consistently

Silver airways have increased opportunities to partner with other airway carriers in terms of bookings, increasing customers’ destinations and coordination of other airway transport services. The partners complement each other services, hence, providing the much need services to all destinations. Partnerships can lead to more satisfied customers because all destinations and routes may be covered. Without partnerships, airway carriers may be limited by domestic routes. Furthermore, securing a partnership with other airways increases the popularity of the airway in terms of being known globally. Generally, partnerships are among powerful tools of marketing.
