For the project selected in Unit I, create a simple stakeholder engagement monitor and control plan. Your plan should follow the process for managing and monitoring stakeholder engagement, as referred to in Figures 9.1 and 9.2 in the textbook. Your plan should include an introduction, and should answer the following questions:
What specific soft skills will you employ in managing project stakeholders?
What ground rules will you establish for managing project stakeholders?
What types of meetings do you plan to have with project stakeholders? How often do you plan to hold them?
How will you manage change requests from stakeholders?
How will you monitor stakeholders and levels of stakeholder engagement?
How will you manage changes to stakeholder requirements?
What historical documents will you update in the process of managing and monitoring stakeholders?
Create the stakeholder management and control plan that addresses the questions above. Feel free to use tables, graphics, or document template examples to summarize your policy and approach. As a guide to depth, your stakeholder management and control plan should be a minimum of two pages in length. If you use tables, you may either create your table in Word and include it at the end of the document, or submit it as a separate Excel file.

Stakeholder Engagement Monitor and Control Plan
Introduction
The current paper stipulates the Stakeholder Engagement Monitor and Control Plan for Fintech's current relocation plan. The company intends to relocate its headquarters to Downtown Los Angels as part of its strategic growth prospects. The project's objective is to identify an ideal new location, customize the new location to meet Fintech's brand image, equip it with the right resources and equipment, and relocate current assets. Thus, the current plan stipulates how the communication between stakeholders will be monitored and controlled to ensure an efficient flow of information.
Engagement Control Framework-Dimensions
The current stakeholder engagement control framework has four core dimensions: what, why, when, and how. The what dimension involves procedures and processes that manage the engagement with stakeholders. These include channels of communication and the chain of the protocol where any is required. What also involves the appropriate methods used to communicate with stakeholders. Such methods or approaches ensure that their needs, expectations, and questions are met and answered, respectively in a timely fashion.
Additionally, the what involves the skills used to communicate. Soft skills, for instance, are critical in enhancing stakeholder engagement. Inter-personal skills are vital in gaining support from stakeholders by building and maintaining collaborative relationships (Said, 2020). Such skills are essential because they win trust from stakeholders. Therefore, the what dimension encompasses information, the processes and procedures of sharing it, and the methods or approaches for maximizing engagement.
The how dimension stipulates the information sharing process. A key aspect of the dimension is that it should allow efficient exchange of information. Information shared is obtained from the communications management plan, artifacts, stakeholder management plan, and project progress reports. More importantly, the how dimension stipulates the grounds rules governing information, its flow, the role of recipients, and expectations from recipients. For instance, one of the critical ground rules will focus on meetings. The project will have three types of meetings; daily, weekly, and monthly. Daily meetings are among team members handling specific areas of the project. For instance, the interior design team member will meet daily to assess progress throughout the project.
These meetings should be supported by documents, including project progress reports (Tereso, Ribeiro, & Fernandes, 2018). Project progress reports can also borrow from historical artifacts to streamline organizational consistency. Some of the historical documents that will be updated include the project's charter and business case. The pr...
