Reflecting on Our Growth

Reflection is a strategic way we continue to grow as leaders. With this practice, we learn to be aware of and attentive to our experiences with others. It helps us think about our leadership skills and identify areas to challenge ourselves. As leaders, it’s vital to make reflection a regular part of our professional practice. This helps us to identify problems and challenges and think of ways to frame or reframe a situation. In many cases, reflection helps us shift our mindset and change how we listen to and learn from others. Reflect on what you’ve learned in this course.
