A case studies have been provided to be used to carry out the tasks stated in this assignment.
Case study:
Northtec website of Employability support for International students at Auckland Campus.
This case study is about a project that aims to create a website for international students of North Tec, specifically, bachelors of applied management students, who will need help in finding internships, industry projects, as well future employment.
Introduction to North Tec
Originally opened as the Northland Community College in 1978, as a small college and later on 1987 Northland Community College changed its name to Northland Polytechnic [Tai Tokerau Wananga] and to NorthTec [Tai Tokerau Wananga] in June 2006. It has grown significantly and now has a campus at Auckland CBD, which mostly cater for international students.
The student support staff at Auckland campus provides learning resources and exceptional help to fulfil the needs of the international students. One such need is a website which will help student in finding internships, industry projects, as well future employment. You need to perform a research and find out the main requirement of such website and then plan the project accordingly. You have been allocated 12 ( weeks) to do this project starting from July 12, 2021.

1 Introduction
This project plan is about the website to help students provide learning resources and special assistance to meet the needs of international students. Part of the website needs to be about students looking for internship opportunities, industry projects, and future employment. The project plan mainly finds out the requirements of the web page and plans the project accordingly. The time will start on July 12, 2021, and the total project will take 12 weeks to complete.
The project plan also includes the following parts. The project plan will select the xxx model to analyze. And analyze the impact and affected stakeholder management. The project charter will use tables for analysis. The project plan and project scope are analyzed using the creation of a work breakdown structure. The Gantt chart of the project schedule is made using project libre. It also includes project cost, project risk, and project quality.

Project selection entails a process of assessing each project idea to pick the one with the highest priority. In most instances, the choice of a project is based on anticipated benefits, which is a measure of positive outcomes. During the project selection process, the managers might find it easy to align with the set organizational strategy. Project stakeholders are interested in a project’s outcome, such as top executives, customers, users, project team, project managers, and project sponsors. A project impacts key stakeholders at a point in its lifecycle, and their input influences the outcome. Therefore, a project needs effective stakeholder management and collaboration. Importantly, such key stakeholders have the authority and influence towards the fate of a project. Effective stakeholder management is one of the fundamental to facilitate the effective process of making relevant decisions. Such stakeholders have varied expectations and needs that might result in clashes within the project. Besides, they might interfere with deliverables to fulfill the core set objectives. Notably, stakeholders have various authorities and duties while contributing towards a project. It is imperative to understand internal and external stakeholders to execute effective project planning.
Our focus during stakeholder management is to ensure that the content is navigable. The stakeholders have to work collaboratively in defining information architecture to ensure that users can find the right information. The core objective is to ensure that all stakeholders can make relevant decisions regarding the website's functionality.
