Outsourcing payroll processing can be beneficial to the organization due to several factors. First, there is a huge potential for resource-saving when a transaction-based function like payroll processing is outsourced. In this case, resource savings will be achieved because the need to hire specialized HR professionals will be eliminated. Furthermore, attention can be dedicated to financial analysis, which I believe would be valuable to the organization.
Outsourcing payroll processing is also justified because it would reduce HR administration costs that come with payroll processing. As noted by Kavanagh et al.
