This is a team work and I will need help with the communication plan from the stakeholders we have came up.
The course is Project Communicaitons and Leadership
The rubric for this part is :
Define communication plan, using multiple cited sources, including topics such as good communication , avoiding bad communication, barriers to communication, and best ways to communicate, relating it back to this project.
I think there might be a list of them.
P.S. Since I am not really how many pages it should be for this part, I think it maybe one or two, if it needs to be more than one page, I can make extra payment for extra page if it is required.

PiSA Communication Plan
Effective or good communication between the project manager and stakeholders significantly contributes to the success of a project. In particular, a communication plan identifies the way information will be disseminated to respective stakeholders throughout the lifecycle of the project (Zulch, 2014). In the scenario at hand, the Parking-Intelligent Share App (PiSA) allows businesses and individuals to charge their parking spaces made available to the public. The primary stakeholders in this project are the Boston University’s (BU) students, staff, teachers, businesses and individuals within the BU vicinity, the BU transportation department, the software operating company, towing company, MBTA, BU bus, banks, advertising agency, and web technology security firms.
A good communication plan enhances effective interaction between the project manager and stakeholders facilitating the latter engagement throughout the project (Butt, Naaranoja, & Savolainen, 2016). When stakeholders are fully engaged, they play their parts contributing to the success of the project. In that light, the PiSA manager or owner should identify the best communication strategies to use for specific stakeholders.
