This paper analyzes the organizational culture of MasterCard in the light of Schein's organizational model that entails artifacts, espoused values, assumptions, and beliefs.
MasterCard Foundation comprises several core products: consumer credit, consumer debit, prepaid, and commercial. The company offers numerous programs which allow issuers to provide customers with credit cards. Credit cards are essential in facilitating deferred payment (Wang & Guetta, 2020). Consumer debt entails supporting many payment products and answers, enabling the clients to offer the appropriate consumer access to funds in deposits. One can use the company's debit and access programs to purchase products and get money in bank branches and ATMs (Wang & Guetta, 2020).
