It has internal retail locations in many nations, including the US, Canada, Australia, and the UK. Millions of clients make up the business's solid market base, which it has built up over time. All types of commercial businesses are vulnerable to management issues, and Lululemon is no exception, given that it is a global company. A company's leadership team is supposed to make decisions based on research findings; hence, the management decision problem (MDP) describes the circumstances that may develop within the business.
